Your back aches, your neck is knotted, your head is full. Between screens, seated days and stress, your body keeps piling it on and never really lets go. The Kalma Ritual gives you back 15 minutes of real release — at home, every evening.
Linen and coconut fibre, not foam and polyester
That is the real difference between two mats that look alike in a photo. The cover is linen, the filling is coconut fibre: the density holds over time and the mat breathes instead of trapping heat. The cover comes off along a hook-and-loop strip and goes in the machine.
Why lotus-shaped spikes
The spikes are ABS lotus flowers, metal-free: the pressure spreads across the whole flower instead of concentrating on a single point, which makes the first minutes far more bearable than on a standard spiked mat.
What happens when you lie down
The spikes stimulate circulation and release tension in your back, shoulders and neck. The first minutes tingle, then a diffuse warmth settles in and the body lets go. Plenty of people fall asleep on it.
